He is survived by: his wife Ann Francis Vogt Baxter; his sons, Don and Kevin; his grandchildren, Samantha (Eric), Kathleen, Michael and Crystal (Jason); his great grandchildren, Caidence, Braiden, Cali, Mackenzie, Hunter and Cash; and his sister Shirley Hailey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
