She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Elizabeth Evoy Carew; her husband Ralph Ellsworth Owens, Jr.; her sisters, Betty, Sheila and Margie; her children, Judy Armstrong of Bakersfield, CA, Robert Campbell of Lake Isabella, CA, Lori Reck of St. Louis, MO and Michael Williams of Oklahoma City, OK; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Renee, Stephanie, Chris, Brandon, Audrey, Matthew, Patrick, Jennifer, Ethan and Weston. She was also cherished by 18 great-grandchildren.
