He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Carlisle (Neal) of Warr Acres, OK; his wife Annette Carlisle of Midwest City, OK; his sister Shirley Sullivan of Bryant, AR; his sons, Brian Carlisle (Shelley) of Rio Rancho, NM and Greg Carlisle (Carissa) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Mitchell Mumma (Renee Dell'Acqua) of Poway, CA, Zach Mumma (Bethany Cantu) of Oklahoma City, OK, GereaKaye, Sierra, Sydney and RyLeigh Carlisle of Rio Rancho, NM; and his great grandchild Hazel Mumma of Poway, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
