He is survived by: his parents, David Hess and Kathy Moy; his stepfather John Moy; his sister Laura Hess; his stepsiblings, Melissa Gituma, Kathleen Moy, Jonathan Moy and Michael Moy; his aunts and uncles, Debi Brown, Julie Haberer, Terry Derr, Ron Brown and John Haberer; his cousins, Jeremy Haberer, James Haberer, Ryan Allen, Mandie Terrell and Aimee Derr; his brother Brad Collier (Amber); and his nieces and nephews, Merrick, Marlee and Miles Collier. He is also survived by three children.
