He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald O'Rourke, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Becky Ann O'Rourke (O'Neal) of Midwest City and David O'Rourke of Broken Arrow; his brother Colton Shackelford (Sarah); his nephews, Lincoln Shackelford of McAlester and Weston Shackelford of McAlester; his grandparents, Francene Hopkins of Sapulpa, Mike and Glenda O'Neal (Beck) of McAlester; his aunt Lori Price (Cody) of McAlester; his cousins, Corbyn and Colby Price; and his close friends, Lily Smith and Jalene Jones. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins.
