He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Quinton "Bob" and Mary Lopp (Edwards); his wife Jackie Kaye Lopp; his son Bobby Dewayne Lopp; his siblings, J. B. Lopp and Joyce Pearson; and his great grandchild Hannah.
He is survived by: his sons, Jackie Lee Lopp (Julie) of Oklahoma City and Johnny Ray Lopp (Susan) of Axton, Virginia; his siblings, Steve Lopp (Diane) of Haskell, Oklahoma, Anna Lou Sosenko (James) of Oklahoma City and Susan Brown (Bill) of Coweta, Oklahoma; and his uncle Buster Edwards of Tooele, Utah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
