He was predeceased by: his parents, Odus Dye and Grace Dye; his stepson James Meinke (Mischelle); and his wife Betty. He is survived by: his close friend Betty Meinke (Paschal); his daughter Leslie Kruser (Dave); his stepson Dan Meinke (Barbara); and his grandchildren, David Meinke (Rachel), Gina Hansen (Chris), Amber Booher (Brennon), Jason Meinke (Gina), Justin Meinke (Jennifer), Natalie Kruser (late Richard Wachsmuth) and Alex Kruser. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
