She is survived by: her mother Elsie Eslick of Midwest City, OK; her siblings, Jerry Eslick Jr. of Choctaw, OK and Marilyn Hofeld; and her nieces, Amy and Aubree Hofeld. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
