He is survived by: his sister Tiffany Merrill (Tex) of Richardson; his stepmother Katie Merrill (Okla) of Grove; his sister-in-law Crystal Merrill (Okla) of Grove; his aunt Terry Gayle Hollis (Tex) of Houston; his uncle Butch Ingram (Kim) of Tonkawa; his nieces and nephews, Austin Merrill, Saidee Merrill, Ashli Amendolara (Danny), T. J. Harvey (Ray) and Tye Casey Merrill, Jr.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alle, Akaidia, Jaden, Mya, Landen and Charlie Wayne; his cousins, Chas, Audrey Hollis, Amanda Sue and John Harms; and also, Charlie, Heidi, Quinlynn, Keagan, Hattie, Trey, Brandee Ingram and Haylee.
