She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Lee Underhill; her parents, Tom Moore and Ethel Moore; her siblings, Pearl Goomda, Little Dee Moore, Emma Moore Baty, Esther Jay, Mary Gensicke Cline and Lewis Moore; and her sister-in-law Ethel Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pearl Kay Underhill Russell of Commerce, OK and Carol Larkin of Miami, OK.; and her grandchildren, Kaprina Means, Wesley Easter, Richard Dixon, Lee Nunn and T. C. Madill. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, 3 nieces and 6 nephews.
