She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Leamon and Katherine Oveeta Leamon; her son Robert Kyle Simmons; her parents-in-law, Frank and Vera Hilbert; her sisters-in-law, Charlotte and Connie Hilbert; and her grandson Jordan Goldade.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert Simmons; her husband Michael "Mike" Hilbert; her son Kelby Simmons; her sister Kathy Runk; her son Aaron; her daughter-in-law Wini Froelich; her stepdaughters, Michele Seidler (Torrey), Melinda Peterson (Sam), Melissa Lauer (Corey) and Melanie Heinzen (Ward); her son-in-law Mike Goldade; her grandchildren, Collan, Bronwyn Simmons, Megan Bender (Ethan), Justin, Alyssa, Tucker Seidler, Zach Goldade, Hunter, Hayden Lauer, Abigail, Nicholas and Nolan Heinzen; her great grandchild McKinnley Bender; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Weber, Dave Hilbert (Patti) and Gary Hilbert (Bonnie).
Due to Covid, the family has decided to have a celebration of life for Viki at a later time.
She also worked for Community Action, Montana Dakota Utilities and several other charity organizations.
