She is survived by: her sons, Norman Mahurin of Austin, TX and Dale Mahurin of Cushing, OK; and her brothers, John Wiley Meadows of Oregon and Franklin Meadows of Michigan. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
