He is survived by: his wife Judy Forslund; his stepsons, Sherman Dewayne "Wayne" Jones (Karen) of Claremore, OK, Tommy Dean Jones (Krista) of Rogers, AR and Steven Shane Jones of Miami, OK; and his siblings, Bob of Catoosa, OK, Barbara of Miami, OK and Carol of Kansas City, KS. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren and several step- great grandchildren.
