Oliver; his brother Randy Dodson; his nephew Jake Dodson; his niece Marissa Dodson; his aunts and uncles, Sue Newton (Web), Gary (Ke Jie Liu), David (Carol) and Yvonne Huff; and his close friends, Lew Ann Wynn, Carmen Couch, Sondra Holt, Mary Beyer, Peggy Dugan, Molly Schonauer and Theresa Karleskint.

A memorial scholarship fund is being set in Tommy's name: N.E.O. Development Foundation, C/O NEO Business Office, 200 I St NE, Miami, OK 74354 in remembrance of Tommy.
