It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Marie Smith (Miami, Oklahoma), born in Afton, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Hale and Mabel Hale (Miller); her husband Jim L. Smith; and her siblings, Haden Hale, Betty Jones and Mary Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Gibson of Miami, OK, Tim Smith of Miami, OK and Lisa Foreman (Ben) of Oaks, OK; and her brother James Hale of Joplin, MO. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
