He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Bailey and Goldie Bailey (Rickey); and his daughter Lorian Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Bailey (Joles); his children, Chris Bailey (Shauna) of Joplin, MO, William Bailey of Grove, OK, Waylon Bailey (Angel) of Cleves, OH and Nicole Swartz (Jimmy John) of Andrews, IN; and his brother Roger Bailey of Carl Junction, MO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home & Cremation Service - Miami (1432 B St NW, Miami, OK 74354). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
