He was predeceased by: his parents, B. C. Moseley and Frances Moseley (Robbins); and his brother Jack Moseley. He is survived by: his wife Kitti Moseley; his children, Debbie Elder of Elkland, Ann Dickerson (Wayde) of Hastings, Zachary Leonard of Atlanta, Georgia, Michael Leonard of Tulsa and Sara Rutledge (Josh) of Miami, His; his siblings, Carol McClintock (Russ) of Edmond, Ramona Bearden of Tulsa and Pete Moseley (Kay) of Springdale; his sister-in-law Teena Moseley of Grove; his grandchildren, Dr. Lauren Elder, Dakota Gay, Cody Cash, Chandler Cash, Harper Rutledge and Sophia Leonard; and his great grandchild Leighton Cash. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
The family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice in Sam's name.
