She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Witte and Thelma Witte (Ball); her husband Frank Harold Douthit; her children, Harold Frank "Frankie" Douthit, Nancy Sue Douthit and Angela Dawn Douthit; and her siblings, Amos Witte, Glen Witte, Paul Witte, Roberta Cole, Leota Faye Witte and Mavis Barnett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Simmie Lea Douthit of San Antonio, TX, Lorri Ann Force (William) of Saint Robert, MO, Melissa Jo Smith (Eric) of Welch, OK and Shelly Alana Delcour (Douthit); and her siblings, Edward Witte of Stark City, MO, Virginia Mahurin of Fairland, OK, Vivian Elliott of Fairland, OK and Ruby Ange of Bowling Green, KY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
