He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Heathman and Loretta Heathman (Hill); and his siblings, Bobby Heathman, Roy Heathman, Barbara Heathman, Sandra Heathman and Shirley Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Jolene Heathman (Sharbutt); his children, Ronald Paul Heathman of Columbia, MO, Robert M. Wilson, III of Tulsa, OK, Joseph Aaron Wilson (Candace) of Baxter Springs, KS, Timothy Neal Wilson of Riverton, KS and Susan Michelle Kremer (Matt) of Jefferson City, MO; and his sister Linda Heathman of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
