He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Springer (Grisson) and Everett Springer; his brother Neal Springer; and his son Keith Chard. He is survived by: his wife Janet Springer; his daughter Holly Shepherd; and his siblings, Charles, Wayne Springer and Glenda Compton. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and great nephews and nieces.
