He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larandal Neal (Randy) and Carlene Neal (Sill); his siblings, Randy Neal (Michel) of Miami and Debbi Sharp (Rick) of Quapaw, Oklahoma.; his daughter Tobi Tyon (Clay) of Wyandotte, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Sydney, Jack, Hannah, Hallie, Drake and Luke (Cooper).

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eastside Assembly of God (65101 E 100 Rd, Miami, OK 74354). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

The family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Oklahoma State University Swine Research and Education Center in Care of OSU Foundation, PO Box 258818, Oklahoma City, OK 73125-9917.
