We bid farewell to Raymond Earl Kelly of Miami, Oklahoma, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 8, 2024 at the age of 83. Raymond Earl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Herbert and Viola May Kelly (Dowty); and his son Troy Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Alfreda Walker; his children, Raymond L. Kelly (Beth) and Lori Goins; his grandchildren, Randi Goins (Jeran Frailey) and Jessica Brinkley; and his great grandchildren, Bobbie Joe Frailey, Easton Brinkley, Aidan and Augustus Trentham. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
