He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Smith and Grace Smith; and his brother Glen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith; his children, Shelle Wood (Jody) of Miami and Trisha Grayson (Heath) of Bella Vista; his grandchildren, Taylor Budiselic, Caylee Budiselic, Krista Gonzalez (Blake), Sam Wood and Jacob Grayson; and his siblings, Doug (Phyllis Smith) and Marie Nelson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
