She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Pauline Crockett (Frickenschmidt) and Emery Crockett; her husband Gary "Mike" Headlee; and her brother Gene Crockett. She is survived by: her sons, Justin Headlee (Kelly) of Miami and Damon Austin Headlee (Chrissy) of Miami; her grandchildren, Austin Wayne Headlee of Joplin, Molly Breanne Headlee of Joplin, Andrew Micheal Headlee of Miami and Tyler James Headlee; and her great grandchildren, Lyrik Nemiah Goodson and Juniper Eloise Conway.
The family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Mount Olive Lutheran School, 2337 North Main Street, Miami, OK 74354.
