She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Davis and Elsie Davis (Holloway); and her brothers, Francis Branson Jr., Robert Bramlet Davis and Donald Clint Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Payton; her children, Troy Glen Merit of Seminole, Deborah Lynn Gibson (Kent) of Delaware and Carisa Diane Roten (David) of Independence, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Megan Shoemake, Cody Merit, Casey Merit, Tyler Merit, Keeley Smith, Whitney Gilbert, Kohlsyn Gibson, Ethan Roten and Ashlyn Roten; and her stepchildren, Joe Payton of Miami, Tammy Kampman (Mike) of Kansas City and Lea McCandless (Brian) of New Mexico.
The Family has asked that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in lieu of flowers.
