She is survived by: her children, Ashlyn Milford (Calvin Haynes) of Miami, Lacy Basore (Stormy Clark) of Miami and Rachel Renfro of Tulsa; her brothers, Mark Hemphill of Miami and Vince Basore of Pleasanton, KS; and her grandchildren, Payton Milford, River Clark, Zaylee Haynes, Brooklyn Horn and Taegan Carrick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
