He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Ray and Leslie Jeanette Miller (Wynn); and his siblings, Gary Lee Miller and Teresa May Dykeman. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Ray Gray (Julia) of Joplin, MO, Mikesohn Miller of Vietnam, Christina Ann Kunzler of Miami, OK and Tina Marie Coffman of Baxter Springs, KS; and his sisters, Linda Kay Reynolds of Hanover, PA and Dedria Lucille Miller of Miami, OK. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren.
