He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Lewis and Rosella Lewis (Ostrander); and his former wife Karen K Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Duane Merrill Lewis (Michael Madeary) of Kasson, Merrill Lee Lewis (Raynae) of Vinita and Wendy Lynn Cooper of Miami; his sisters, Sharon Kuhlman (La Verne) of Rockford, Rosella Lund (Rosie), Bonnie Lewis of Rochester and Terry Hellinger (Chris) of Burnsville; and his grandson Christopher Ryan Cooper Jr. of Rochester. He is also survived by his Step children and step grandchildren.
