He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his son Jeffery Lloyd Harlan (Delores) of Miami, OK; his grandson Zachary Lloyd Harlan; his stepdaughters, Karlee Payton and Madison Payton; and his brother Terry Harlan (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
