She is survived by: her husband Don Harnar; her sons, Donnie Harnar, II (Kimberly) of Miami, OK, Jared Harnar (Tasha) of Springfield, MO and Grey Campbell (Tonya) of Quapaw, OK; and her brother Lee Hall, II of Fairland, OK. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
