He is survived by: his wife Vickie Kelley; his children, Blake Witten of Tulsa, OK and Brooke Jinks (Brendon) of Vinita, OK; his grandchildren, Chelsea Chenoweth (Asa), Austin Jinks and Hunter Jinks; and his great grandchildren, Avery Chenoweth and Emmitt Chenoweth.
