She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis A. Shockey and Nellie Shockey (Wright); her husband Rex Captain; and her siblings, Kenneth Shockey and Patty Love (Jim) of Fairland.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Captain (Madalyn) of Chelsea, Lisa Stivers (Tony) of Quapaw and Bryan Captain (Lisa) of Grove; her sister-in-law Shirley Shockey of Granby; her grandchildren, Kendra Nunley (Travis) of Neosho, Megan Hurley (Chris) of Yorktown, Virginia, Jordann Gibson of Fairland, Tyler Captain, Destiny Rice of Chelsea, Karlee Gibson, Austin Ford of Chelsea, Caleb Captain and Shanna of Adair; and her great grandchildren, Blayne, Rowan, Payton, Bryan, Phoenix, Emily, Sophia, Lynnix, Arieus, Hattie, Nolan, Archer, Karson and Beckett.
