He is survived by: his former wife Glenna Jean Hale; his wife Dianna Smith (Mate); his children, David Smith (Cheri), Mark Smith (Vicki) of Miami, Oklahoma. and Melissa Arnall (Rick) of Baxter Springs; his stepdaughter Angela Leedy (Cliff); his grandchildren, Sara Bacon (Curtis) of Prairie Village, Austin Arnall of Oronogo and Alex Arnall of Baxter Springs; his sister Nadine Hendee of Denver; and his nieces and nephews, Carol Grumbein (Ed), Vicki Barnett Marshall, James Barnett (Kira) of Aurora, Dr. Raymond Smith (Barbara) of Edmond and Kevin Smith (Kathy) of Bartlesville. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many many friends.
