He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Bruce and Lola Dean Booth (Garrett); his siblings, William Owen Booth and Claudean England; his nephew David; and his niece Linda.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Edward Booth (Marlene) of Greer, SC and Terri Lea Posey (Tommy) of Leighton, AL; his friends, Bob and Ann Pewitt of Grove, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Roger, Shiloe, Cannarissa, Helena, Kim, Karen, Lisa, Becky, Doug and Dawn.
