Jerry Malden Blevins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2020, at the age of 81, Jerry Malden Blevins (Miami, Oklahoma), born in Sayre, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Perrin Blevins and Ila Earlene Molar Blevins; his wife Vicki Lynn Blevins; and his daughter Mishell Garver. He is survived by: his children, Lise Blevins-Inman (Tim) of Tulsa and Jason Blevins (Tammi) of Miami; his grandchildren, Nixa Blevins, Hayden Inman, Shelby Satnam, Paige Porter and Alison Porter; his great grandchild Paxton Porter; his sister Sue (Sterling McColgin); his close friend Jason; and his son Miami Ace Hardware. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.
