He was predeceased by: his significant other Marilyn; and his son Jason. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Carmack (Rod); his grandchildren, Drew Carmack, Tori Carmack, Haley Hill and Abigail Marshall; his great grandchild Quinton Carmack; his daughter-in-law Amy Hill; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Gardner and Janie Evans (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Grand Lake Shrine Club in Miami.
