He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Clarence Howard and Arta Irene Spielman; and his siblings, Gary W. Howard, John Howard, Sharon May Davis and Quanita Long.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann; his pet Molly; his children, Jeffrey W. Howard and Stefanie; his son-in-law Mark Moudy; his grandchildren, Devon, Zain, Ethan, Kaden Howard, McKenna, Chance NeeSmith and Aubree; his siblings, Michael W. Howard and Jill Davis; his son Jesus; and his friend Church. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
