He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Noe and Beverly Noe (Strohbush); his wife Mary; his daughters, Heather (James McRae), Rindy (Jason Turnbow) of Miami, OK and Brandy Noe (Robert Gonzales); his siblings, George (Pamela Noe), Dave (late Gail Noe), Dale Noe (Maureen Noe) of Minnesota Arthur, Laura (Wayne Kleckner) and Dawn (Don Strahota) of Beaver Damn, WI; and his grandchildren, Brandon McRae, Brittany MeRae, Matthew McCann, Joshua McCann, Maverick Turnbow, Kelcie Turnbow, Samantha Turnbow, Jacob Turnbow and Jessica Turnbow. He was also cherished by 13 great grandchildren.
