He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Smith and Deloris Smith (Stewart); and his brother Steve Smith. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Smith (Amber) of Miami, OK, Luke Smith, Eugene Smith, Aaron Smith and Lori Smith; and his brothers, Lee Smith of Mount Hope, AL and Johnny Smith of Charleston, MS.
