She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Clark and Bertha Clark (Pitchford); her sisters, Opal Hatfield and Anna Lee Allen (Clarence Crice); her husband Kenneth Keithley; her daughter Jackie Howard; her stepson Gerald Cricein; and her grandson Randall Howard, Jr..

She is survived by: her son-in-law Randall Howard of Miami. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
