He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Russell and Evylene Juanita Marcum (Bailey); and his siblings, Howard Marcum and Phyllis Nunez. He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Marcum and Sandra Marcum. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
