She was predeceased by: her parents, Willy Robert and Bertha Lee Blackwell (Stowe); her husband L. G. "Tunney" Goza; her sons, Danny Joe Goza and Phillip Lee Goza; her grandson Charles Caleb Goza; and her siblings, Jirrel Blackwell, Doyle Blackwell, Ruby Larose and Wilma Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Wayne Goza (LeeAnna) of Miami, OK, Loretta Joyce Campbell (Max) of Miami, OK and Karla Denise Easter (Dale) of Grove, OK. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
