It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dinah L Foster of Miami, Oklahoma, born in Baxter Springs, Kansas, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Leo and Eva Jane Fry (Wellman); her children, Jacob Crowder and Tabitha Carlton; and her sisters, Nancy Rawlins of Riverton and Rhonda Fry of Fritch, Texas.. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, three great grandchildren, four nieces, and two nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Miami Animal Alliance in Dinah's name, as she was an avid cat lover.
