She is survived by: her husband Jeffery Allan Hurst; her children, Jeremiah Sullivan of Joplin, MO and Rachell Zinn (Corey) of Miami, OK; and her brothers, Derrick Fowler of Waynesville, MO and Danny Fowler of Virginia Beach, VA. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
