She is survived by: her spouse Samuel Randolph August; her children, Carl Randolph, Samantha Nester (Chris) of Miami, OK and Tabatha Alexander (Mark) of Miami, OK; her siblings, Lee Lyle (Sheila) of Quapaw, OK and Mona Jean Jellesed (Terry) of Coeur; and her grandchildren, Zaydon, Hallye and Paisley.
