He is survived by: his wife Jane Holden (Collins); his children, Steven Wesley Holden (Julie) of Syracuse, NY, Angela Kaye Stanart (Dwayne) of Oklahoma City, OK, Amber Dawn Holden, Knight (Jason) of Miami, OK and Kellee Diane Andrews of Miami, OK; and his sister Christy Ann Rabel of Wyandotte, OK. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
