He is survived by: his wife Cheri Gaylor of Miami; his siblings, Mark Smith (Vicki) of Miami and Melissa Arnall (Ricky) of Baxter Springs; his sister-in-law Brandi Lein (Dylan) of Miami; and his nieces and nephews, Beau Gaylor, Amber, Austin Arnall, Aubrey, Alex Arnall, Olivia, Sara Bacon (Curtis), Dezirae Maxson, Kyle, Shelby Maxson, Maddox Gaylor and A'liyah Hawkins.
