She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Leroy and Linda Cundiff (Griffith); and her brother Robert Cundiff. She is survived by: her husband Charles Wayne Martin; her children, Nick Dale Turley (Alicia) of Miami, OK, Tosha Dawn Bonifield (Bobby) of Byron, MI, Shandi Blackfox of Fairland, OK, Alicia Diane Smallley (Keenan Webb) of Fairland, OK and Tera Miranda Martin of Fairland, OK; and her stepmother Sharon Parham of Miami, OK. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
