He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hogan and Lola Hogan (Blalock); his wife Luetisha Hogan; his son-in-law Jay Phillips; his great grandchild Marie Hogan; and his siblings, Alfred Hogan, Cleve Hogan, Elmer Hogan, Maxine Doty, Pauline Stafford and Lorene Longnecker.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Hogan (Amanda) of Bluejacket, OK and Becky Phillips of Lacy Springs; his siblings, Glen Hogan of North Miami, OK, Geraldine Cunliffe of North Miami, OK and Della Collins of Kinta, OK; his grandchildren, Jason Williams, Shay Gault, Shelby Gault and Clint Hogan; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Gault, Jesse Gault, Bentley Hogan and Kaden Hogan.
