He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Levo Feary (John) of Claremore, OK; his siblings, John Allen Levo Jr. (Kathy) of Midway, AR and Veronica Marty (Ronnie) of Richmond, CA; and his grandchildren, Meredith Caruthers (Jordan) of Collinsville, OK, Ian Feary of Claremore, OK and Emma Feary of Jenks, OK..
